When to Expect Your Order
At ChocoBrst, we strive to get your treats to you as quickly as possible! Our typical processing time is 2 business days. We also only ship our chocolates Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays. However, during high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any delay, we will notify you via email to keep you in the loop. Rest assured, your Brst bars are worth the wait!
Shipping Notice
Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping details! Once you've selected your shipping method and provided your address, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. Once a shipping label is created, we're unable to issue refunds or change the delivery address.
We also want to remind you to be mindful of the weather. If you're in a warmer climate and the temperature is above 70°F, there’s a chance your chocolate could melt during transit. We ship all orders with care, but please note that orders shipped in warmer months are at your own risk. This means we cannot offer refunds for melted or damaged items due to heat.
